I felt a little sorry for Shawn after my Tarheels beat his Spartans Wednesday night. I stopped by Meijer on the way home from helping a friend. I picked up some steaks, bagged salad, fresh mushrooms and stuffed portabellos. I cooked them up along with some Baby Red instant potatos and Crescent Rounds. Shawn was pleasantly surprised to come home to this meal.Friday, December 5, 2008

That meal looks yummy! We had Chinese for dinner around 6:00pm and now here it is 11:30pm and I'm starving! lol
